[Intro]
The truth about the distribution of wealth under American Capitalism
To sum it up, our system is morally right
In other words, it provides economic freedom
Thus bringing about national progress
We have seen how well our own system measures up
We know that American Capitalism is morally right because it's chief elements:
Private ownership, the profit motive, and the competitive market are wholesome and good
They are compatible with God's laws, and the teachings of the Bible
We must examine the distribution of the great wealth produced through the operation of American Capitalism
Is the distribution widespread?
Or is the wealth of America concentrated in the hands of a few
While the great majority of people would suffer increasing poverty
The fact is that American Capitalism has set a new standard for human welfare
Now let's examine the distribution of wealth in another way

[Verse 1 - Sly deSilva]
All for a dollar, Lambo from Impalla
Embezzle funds from Ghana to Guatamala
Blood diamonds all up in my Ghost Money chain
Blowing blood money stacks when I’m finna make it rain

[Hook - Jagger James (Sly deSilva)]
Working for days
(You a slave for that minimum wage)
Gotta get paid
(Work half your life, throw the rest away)

[Verse 2 - Jagger James]
I work for my money, but it doesn’t work for me
I work two or three jobs, call it 2017
Boy, I love my city, but it’s expensive to breathe
Lost my frames, can’t afford lenses to see
Jagger James, know the name, skipping breakfast to eat
Get to job one of two, man or is it really three?
I better pay this transit fare, just so I can make it there
Half an hours work, just to work, that ain’t really fair
Fair or not fair, I’m the chess piece, not the player
True or not true, student loans got me making prayers
Shudder when I think of what I owe, my dollar’s ghost
My living situation ain’t the most, I can’t control
Employers want my labor, want my body, not my soul
Better pimp my butterfly, I want a little more
Better get my dollar while I can to be sure
Any way possible, sick of being poor

[Interlude]
Are these economic benefits under American Capitalism
Being extended to American wage or salary earners?
You may be wondering:
"Who got all this money?"

[Hook - Sly deSilva (Jagger James)]
Working for days
(I’m a slave for that minimum wage)
Gotta get paid
(Work half my life, throw the rest away)

[Verse 3 - Sly deSilva]
They say don’t work for your money, make your money work for you
I do that, plus yours works for mine too
Sly deSilva, I’m a menace
Can’t buy happiness, but I could buy the senate
Gotta spend it to make it, so your chips all in
But you forgot I own the table and the house always wins
Sly deSilva stacked the deck
Now you grovel on your knees for this paltry cheque
Since I blown up, rent’s gone up, you need more stuff
Need more bucks? Got some dollars I could loan ya
Interest rates that make you take marijuana
Drug tests at work, so now you work the corner
Slinging my product, making my profits
'Til my police pick you up for narcotics
My prisons paid when they close the door and lock it
End of the day, it’s just a dollar in my pocket

[Verse 4 - Jagger James]
What I gotta do to get a dollar in my pocket
If I cannot get one soon then I’ma have to cock and lock it
Taking money for the moment, renting cause I never own it

[Outro]
Who'd risk a guess as to the total amount of the national income
During this amazing productive era in America

"Trillions"

Yes, it's up in the trillions
You get writer's cramp with a figure like that
